CHS 2 Hike - Lily & Lizard Lakes w. Side Trip to Oyster Dome
Loop hike starting from Upper Blanchard trail head. Hiked first to Lizard Lake, then Lily Lake before making side trip to Oyster Dome. Returned via Max's Shortcut.

Trail in good shape, no snow or downfall. WTA doing some trail work on the first part of the trail near Upper Blanchard TH.
Most of the climbing is in the first 3 miles headed up to Lizard Lake; the grade of the uphill sections is about 8%. Except for Oyster Dome, this hike is entirely in the trees with limited views. Hiking time was about 4 hours, not counting breaks. Distance was measures at 10 miles (Garmin watch) and 9.6 miles (GaiaGPS).
