Come learn and practice what and how to communicate. This experiential seminar will expand your self-awareness to understand what stops you from speaking up or listening.

Tracy Rekart is a highly respected leadership and organizational development coach who loves to inspire people to go beyond where they are to where they want to be. She is a Master Somatic Coach and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Science from LIOS. Tracy lives in Seattle with her husband, two children, and a dog.
