The most important skill of every good leader is communication. If we learn to communicate when the stakes are low, we have the chance at a better choice when the stakes get high. Come learn and practice what and how to communicate. This experiential seminar will expand your self-awareness to understand what stops you from speaking up or listening.
Tracy Rekart is a highly respected leadership and organizational development coach who loves to inspire people to go beyond where they are to where they want to be. She is a Master Somatic Coach and holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Science from LIOS. Tracy lives in Seattle with her husband, two children, and a dog. She is also a yoga teacher, a student of meditation, a rock climber, a runner, skier, hiker, biker, gardener, cook, a painter, an aspiring guitar player, and seeker of balance.
