This form documents the hours performed by a Mountaineer who participated in a non-Mountaineers-sponsored stewardship activity. Use this form to report ONLY the hours you volunteered in a NON-Mountaineers stewardship activity. The hours from an official Mountaineers stewardship activity are recorded automatically when your trip leader submits their trip report.

Title Please enter the name of the stewardship activity in which you participated.

Description Please briefly describe the stewardship activity and your role in it.

Hours Please enter the number of hours spent participating in the stewardship activity.
