Fitness for Hiking and Backpacking - Online Classroom

This is an overview of basic fitness resources that are available to help you get ready for the hiking and backpacking season. Adding strength training to your fitness regime will help keep you moving down the trails with confidence.

The Zoom session will run from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.  A link to the Zoom session will be sent to the participants once registration closes.  

Using Zoom, we will look at fitness resources offered through the Mountaineers and elsewhere to help you develop a fitness plan that will enable you to hike more miles with greater elevation.
