Learn self-evaluation techniques to help you fine-tune what techniques may help you most. Those may include various vision drills, vestibular (balance) stimulation, sensory stimulation, fine-tuned motor movements, and isometrics.
This seminar is designed for any outdoor pack-carrying enthusiasts wanting to feel better on and off the trail, but all are welcome.
Meet at Seattle Program Center at 6:30 p.m. 1.5 hours of instruction, 30 minutes of Q&A.
Required Equipment
Comfortable clothing (preferably shoes that are easy to slip on and off), pen and paper for notes, phone/camera for pictures/video. And a sense of humor and curiosity.
