Essentials of Outdoor Leadership

This leadership course is aimed at promoting and producing activity leaders in Hiking, Scrambling, and Climbing  and is available to graduates of Scrambling, Kayaking or Climbing. The course will be run for three consecutive evenings in January and will consist of lectures, group discussions, scenarios, readings and tests. This course is is meant to be one of your first steps toward activity and trip leadership with the Olympia Mountaineers.
