Alpine Scramble - Humpback Mountain

A mid-week scramble to a peak with great views of Snoqualmie Pass and Mount Rainier if the skies are clear. There should be a mix of rock and snow to cross at this time of year.

We will start from the upper parking area thus reducing the distance and elevation to gain. This will be a moderately-paced scramble.  Hope  for clear skies and good views of Snoqualmie Pass and Mount Rainier.

UPDATED meeting time and place:  We will meet near the off ramp of exit 20 of I-90, High Point, (on the frontage road) at 7:30am.  When you exit eastbound, turn right off the off ramp and then right again.  We will consolidate cars and then drive to the TH, about 30 mins away. USFS parking permit needed at TH. Higher clearance vehicles helpful.
