This is a fun local hike tucked away in the City of Puyallup that provides some challenging hills for a great short workout. We will hike the Puyallup Loop which has an assortment of environments and includes forest, creeks, habitat restoration sites, a community garden, and a bit of residential to complete the loop. We'll check out the latest new trail along Dead Man's Pond that was built by WTA in March and the newest redirect of a section that will keep us off the road.

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe. The Puyallup people have lived on and stewarded these lands since the beginning of time, and continue to do so today. We recognize that this land acknowledgement is one small step toward true allyship and we commit to uplifting the voices, experiences, and histories of the Indigenous people of this land and beyond.

We will meet at the parking area adjacent to the tennis courts near 7th Ave SW ready to hike at 9 am. NOTE: Goggle Maps has been known to take participants to a different nearby location.
