Day Hike - Mount Si Main Trail

Conditioner hike for Tacoma Basic Alpine Climbing Students.

Meet at the main Mount Si trailhead at 8:00 AM and be ready to start hiking no later than 8:15 AM. Come prepared with a 30-pound pack (I'll be bringing a scale), a great attitude, and some form of traction. I prefer micro-spikes for these kinds of excursions. I recommend bringing as much of your weight as possible as water which can be dumped at the top and not carried back down.

Priority will be given to my mentees and then those in the Tacoma Basic Alpine Climbing course. Any remaining openings will open to all on Wednesday, March 13th.
