Day Hike - Wallace Falls

Enjoy a hike that follows the Wallace River to viewpoints of three beautiful waterfalls. The waterfalls should be impressive now that the snow is melting. This is a mentored hike for Jo Bedlington.

The group will meet at 8:30 am at the map in the Wallace Falls State Park parking lot with boots on and ready to hike.

You can reach the trailhead by driving east on Highway 2 to the town of Gold Bar.  Turn north off the highway following the signs to Wallace Falls State Park.

A Discover Pass is required.

A restroom is available at the trailhead.

It is recommended to wear boots with good traction and bring trekking poles. We will go at a moderate pace of 1.5 - 2 mph and if this is not a comfortable pace for you, then you may wish to reconsider.
