Boulder Butte via Purple Pass

A very strenuous hike in the Stehekin Valley region with great views. It's 16 miles round trip with over 6,000 feet of elevation gain. Getting to the trailhead in Stehekin requires travel by boat or seaplane.

From SR-20 or SR-2, drive SR 97 to Chelan. Take the Lady of the Lake or Chelan Seaplanes to Stehekin.
