Bremerton Parks and Recreation has a boat ramp at the southeast end (1978 Price Road NW, Bremerton, WA 98312). No permits are required. People launch both large and small watercraft here. Kayakers generally launch here. No parking pass is required.

The Department of Fish and Wildlife has a boat ramp at the southwest end. A Discover Pass is required here.

- Check for pollution or public heath advisory, because the lake closes periodically for cyanobacteria blooms or E. Coli.
