Damnation Peak
Damnation Peak is a strenuous, 7 mile round trip backcountry ski or winter scramble with around 3,700 ft in elevation gain. The route in follows a logging road on the SW flank of Oakes Peak and leads to outstanding views of the North Cascades.
ASCENT
Start from the Thornton Creek Road. Ascends the valley of Damnation Creek and then takes the south ridge to the summit.
