William Ives Trail
This Olympia area trail wanders through planned developments of Lacey's Meridian Campus community. It is a peaceful, partially wooded walk through an area that used to be a tree farm.
GETTING THERE
Take Exit 111 off of I-5. Turn left onto Marvin Rd NE and proceed 0.4 mile to a roundabout. Exit right onto Willamette Dr NE and continue 1.7 miles to Meridian Neighborhood Park on the right.
ON THE TRAIL
The trailhead is just east of the neighborhood park pavilion. It is unmarked and may be confusing to find. You will come to a junction at 0.3 mile. Turn right. Walk through the wooded trail for 0.9 mile, then cross Campus Park Dr NE to reach a pond.
