Backpack - North Fork Skokomish River & Flapjack Lakes

We had planned to camp at Nine Stream Camp.  Just before Camp Pleasant, water covered the trail.  The was a bootpath to the west that we followed to get around the water and back to the trail.  When we got to 9 stream, the creek was deep and fast.  We could see the camp on the other side of the creek, but decided to turn around.  We went back to Camp Pleasant and camped there overnight.  We did see a bear close to the trail on our hike back to Camp Pleasant.  When we got back to Staircase, cars were parked everywhere and there were more cars coming in.
