Road to cascade TH is open . Boston basin TH parking was limited .
Started 5:30 Am from Sahalee TH (cascade pass trail head) and hike to Boston Basin reached basin 9 am trail is snow free . Once reached Glacier , ropes up Quien Sabe Glacier is in very good condition very little opening and snow bridge is fully covered with snow looks another 3/4 weeks will be good .12 pm Reached summit Paramid un roped and took off crampons scrambled Up. Took .75 pro to lead and setup handline 6 climbers summit 1 pm . We had 2 *30m ropes which were enough for the rep down on Shalee side safely . We rep down and reached shalee camp site no water flow we had to further go down 500 feet to get the water along the way . Rest hikes out and reached TH 5:30pm . Small patches of snow but good with trail runner . Beautiful views and perfect weather we also had bear sighting on cascade pass .
