Basic Backpacking Field Trip - Packwood Lake

This was an overnight for B3 students. We lucked out with weather and our first day was dry and sunny. The trail is snow free and all the blowdowns as far as the lake have recently been cleared. Since it was mid-week, there was only one other tent at the lake and we had no problem finding a beautiful lakeside spot with plenty of room for our 5 tents to spread out.

It was a fun trip and all the participants had great enthusiasm and did an awesome job
