Day Hike - Annette Lake

Six of us began our hike at around 9am on a clear, sunny morning. Not too many cars at the trailhead. We didn't encounter too many people on the hike up to the lake, and only a few more groups on our way back down. Bugs are still out, but didn't seem to be biting. Just enough occasional breeze to keep us comfortable near the lake and on most of the hike down. Beautiful views at the lake, and enjoyed about an hour there for lunch. We made it back down to the cars shortly before 2pm.
