Perfect evening for a hike. Flowers are blooming and the view was great.

Trail is in pretty good shape, muddy from recent rains. There are signs of heavy use and the resultant erosion.
It was a beautiful evening, warm and mostly clear. Flowers are blooming late this year and were plentiful: Penstemon, Blue-eyed Mary, Saxifrage, Paintbrush, Oregon grape and more. No Foxglove though, they must be done. Lots of mushrooms too due to recent rain. Surprisingly few people for such a nice day. We had a great time.
