Day Hike - Duckabush River

Roads were clear. End of Duckabush road (packed earth) wet with surface mud, and the few potholes were full with water. Trail was open, easy to follow, moist but not muddy..
We met at the Quilcene ranger station, then caravaned to the trailhead. Parking lot sufficient sized for cars. started on trail and went up to ridge near 'High Hump", but turned around for a lower viewpoint because of a light wind and we were inside a cloud. Sky pretty overcast, but light, throughout the day. No rain while hiking.
