Day Hike - Lookout Mountain Forest Preserve
Started out with rain in the parking lot and ended with rain as well, kept most of the other visitors at bay. Hike was wonderful with multiple forest species. Great meeting new hiking friends.

Trail was in good condition and recently maintained, with a few muddy areas due to the recent rains. Some trees down but not a barrier. Beautiful waterfall and a great picture opportunity. Viewpoint was nice but would have been better without the clouds. Good parking with 2 flushable toilets.
