Day Hike - Snoquera Falls Loop

Beautiful superb hike to Snoquera Falls!

  • Road suitable for all vehicles
  •

Our party of seven met at the Enumclaw Ranger Station at 8am and headed out to the Snoquera Falls Trail Head.  We hit the trail about 9:30am hiking the loop counter clockwise.  It was a beautiful cold, started in the mid 30’s and ended in the low 40’s, sunny fall almost winter day.  The trail was nicely maintained, with some patches frozen and even saw small traces of snow.  The falls were small due to the time of year but still quite beautiful.  Ice had formed on the rock face and created some beautiful “ice anemones”.   The trail was not busy, only ran into one hiker and one trail cyclist, which made this a peaceful day. We returned to the cars around noon ready for something hot to drink and bite to eat.  We stopped at Wapiti Woolies in Greenwater for ice cream and hot drinks on our way back to the Enumclaw Ranger station.   OI000249.JPG
