Day Hike - Squak Mountain: Bullitt Fireplace Access
Lovely forested meander up to Debbie's view. Rainier was clouded over, so only territorial view at the viewpoint. Did see a prominent large claw mark on a tree, and we debated whether the tree visitor was bear or cougar.

No route issues. WTA apparently recently cleared several blowdown trees. And the rerouted sections have eliminated most of the mud issues this trail was known for in the past. Do beware of doggy piles in the lower half mile section where many of the residents walk their dogs. One of our hikers discovered a pile the not so fun way of stepping in it.
