On 10/31/20 the road to the TH was free of snow.

Trip reports (on WTA) from the prior weekend had us fearing the road to the TH. But any snow or ice from the prior weekend must have melted off; on 10/31 the road to the TH was free of any snow.
On the trail consistent "snow" started just after the trails to the lower glacier and to hogsback diverge. Water flows were low-ish and so river crossings were easily managed. We carried microspikes, though they never came out.
4 Oly climbers went to the Coleman Seracs for a skills refresh. Great day. Found an area with room for 4-5 15 meter lines from WI 3 to 5, all easily managed from above.
