Mount Ellinor (winter)

This trip was unsuccessful. Heavy rain throughout the entire outing. We hiked from the lower trail-head and encountered snow at about 4200 feet. upon reaching the lower section of the chute the avalanche conditions were considered too hazardous to continue. we all safely returned to the trail-head.
