Mount St. Helens/Monitor Ridge

The climb up monitor ridge is long as we all know. But it was made worse by the constant thunder storms that started around 0100. When we approached the summit at 0600 there was a slight break in the sky, but as soon as we made it there was a closing of that window and the thunder storm hit again. We immediately started down and walked the entire way in the rain.
