South Puget Sound: Olympia to Steilacoom
Trip cancelled as we were only 2 paddlers, but we went as a private trip and here is the report. In short the weather was nice, but the wind didn't materialize as forecasted. Pretty much paddled the whole way with light wind to help us along a bit.

Parking at Steilacoom is just under $12, payable by smart phone. No charge for parking at Swantown boat launch (above the rowing club).
The forecast was consistently for 12-14kt wind from the south with gusts to 25-30kt. Actual wind was 3-6kt from the south and southwest with some short periods of 6-7kt. Nearing Steilacoom, the wind shifted to more south easterly.
Wind waves were mostly in the 0-6" range except for crossing to Devils Head where we had some quartering wave to about 1.5'.
