10 Essential Questions
How did you get involved with The Mountaineers?
What motivates you to get outside with us?
The Mountaineers literally changed the trajectory of my life by giving me the gift of the outdoors, climbing in particular. I found purpose and joy in my life that I did not know existed before I joined the Mountaineers. Now it is time for me to give that gift to others.
What's your favorite Mountaineers memory?
I do not have one favorite Mountaineers moment. Instead, I have lots and lots of fond memories of being in the outdoors with my friends - what could be better?
Who/What inspires you?
People who are of service to others.
What does adventure mean to you?
To do something that challenges me, when I am not so sure that I am up to the task. I love to challenge myself, and I love the sense of accomplishment. Of course, it does not always work that way, but failure only makes me more determined.
