Log in to add comments.Tickets were supposed to be available for member purchase today, but I'm not able to purchase anything from the tickets.com website for 12/9 or 12/10. There are pages for the events on tickets.com, but they have no seating listed yet, so I can't add a seat to my cart for checkout. I also tried entering the member code that we received by e-mail, but it told me that it was invalid. The wording in the e-mail was confusing, so I'm not sure if the member code was supposed to be for existing members or new members only. I tried calling the tickets.com customer support and they insisted that the tickets will only be available for purchase on 10/22 (the general public date). They also had no records of a special member discount code. I'm not sure how we're supposed to pre-purchase as members or receive our discounts. Any ideas?
Ah, nevermind. I missed the 2nd code at the bottom of the e-mail. It looks like the 1st code is for registering for the Mountaineers and the 2nd code is for buying tickets as existing members.
Will you be posting a list of films that will be shown each evening? Specifically, I'm curious about the Seattle showings. Thanks!
I seem to have missed the email discussed below where can I find the code for purchasing tickets for the Seattle showing ?
There is a discount for Mountaineers but when I go to purchase online there is no code to use. What is the code please? Olympia Films. Thanks!
