The Mountaineers hosted our fifth annual Leadership Conference on Saturday, December 1 at the Seattle Program Center. It was an outstanding day of leadership development for our volunteer community - thank you to everyone joined us!
OVERVIEW BY NUMBERS
This year's Leadership Conference continued to grow! Throughout the day, we saw:
- 358 Total Attendees
- 16 Breakout Sessions, facilitated by 26 Presenters
- A new Lunchtime Exhibit Hall, featuring 9 Exhibitors
- 27 Support Volunteers
It is inspiring to see so many members of our community gather under one roof to learn and grow together!

The presentations at the 2018 Leadership Conference were organized into four tracks:
