Everyone is welcome to join The Bellingham Mountaineers on October 13th at 6pm for our Fall Rendezvous.
This annual event is held for several reasons. First off, we like to recognize and congratulate the recent graduates of our mountaineering courses. We will also be acknowledging and honoring all of the volunteers that play a pivotal role in making these courses happen, year after year.
The Rendezvous is a time where we come together, catch up with our friends, and look forward to the next year of courses. Jake Hermanson is in the process of making a fantastic slideshow. There will also be a movie! Our annual raffle has brought in better and better prizes each year, and proceeds from this raffle help fund The Bellingham Mountaineer programs and volunteer support. Funds from the Rendezvous assist our branch's mission to help people learn about, explore, and conserve the beautiful area that surrounds us.
There will be plenty of taco fixings, so all you have to do is show up and bring your family and/or friends. This is so fun, and I can't wait to get together with everyone here soon. A big thanks to Morgan for all her work organizing this event.
