Join us on Wednesday evenings from January 3 -February 7 in one of the the oldest and largest backcountry focused ski instruction programs in the US. This six-week, evening program (7:30-9:30pm) will hone your backcountry ski skills at a Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) certified ski school at Snoqualmie West. Enjoy a mid-week break and develop your skills so you can ski the backcountry with more fun!
This evening program helps you improve your skiing skills during uncrowded weeknights. There are separate groups and levels for A/T and for Telemark.
We organize classes by ability level. Free-heel or fixed heel - all are welcome!
No A/T or tele gear? Bring your Alpine ski gear - no problem. All levels between “never skied” and “advanced” are available for both A/T and Tele. Your instructors have years of backcountry experience - as well as current teaching skills. We are a Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) ski school.
Dates/Times: Wednesdays: Jan 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7. 7:30-9:30pm. If for any reason the pass is closed on a Wednesday, we'll schedule makeups on Feb 14 and Feb 21 as needed.
