Why do you participate in Mountaineers Youth Programs?
I love being outside. Climbing has become another fun activity for me. I love to help campers learn how to climb just like past counselors and volunteers helped me.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOUNTAINEERS MEMORY?
One highlight for me was during a summer camp field trip when we went climbing on real rock in North Bend.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE outdoor activity and why?
I really enjoy hiking and camping with my family.
If you could give one piece of advice to someone who wanted to spend more time outside, what would you say?
A piece of advice I have is to try new things and don’t be afraid. Climbing with The Mountaineers is super fun and will challenge you to learn new things.
