10 ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS:

WHAT FIRST BROUGHT YOU TO THE MOUNTAINEERS?

In summer of 2016, my buddy and I managed to find ourselves on the Sahale glacier. We turned around (because we had no idea how to be safe on a glacier) and yet, I wanted to go higher. I ultimately chose The Mountaineers for the community.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE MOUNTAINEERS MEMORY?

My first alpine climb: West McMillan spire. It was such a grand and beautiful adventure in the midst of a very personally tumultuous year. I remember feeling so proud of myself for being in that place, with those people, doing an incredibly rad thing.

What does adventure mean to you?

Pushing myself to explore with the right mix of adrenaline, beauty, and solitude.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO DONATE TO THE MOUTNAINEERS?

My family and I love supporting the mission of The Mountaineers and helping more people gain access to what has given so much to us. I hope others find opportunities to learn about themselves, grow, and explore as I have.
