The Mountaineers
Each year, we host an annual meeting for our members to share a retroactive tour of our last fiscal year. Learn about our state of affairs from our board members and staff, hear about Governance Committee and Board nominations for At-Large Directors, and have the opportunity to ask questions of our leaders. Per our bylaws, the Annual Meeting also allows members of The Mountaineers to make At-Large Director nominations from the floor for the 2021 election season. To improve convenience for attendees across our seven branches, The Mountaineers Annual Meeting was once held virtually. Zoom details were provided to registered attendees on the day of the event. Attendees need to RSVP to reserve their spot.
Board Elections - SEPT 30 - OCT 21, 2021
Voting will open on Thursday, September 30, 2021 and close on Thursday, October 21, 2021. All active members and children over age 14 are eligible to vote. Learn about the 2021 Board-endorsed candidates for At-Large positions on the Board of Directors, proposed bylaws updates, and how to vote.
