Dee Ann Kline Parkinson
Each October, the Olympia Mountaineers gather to celebrate the work we have done, the fun we had, and the friendships we made during the program year.
We will recognize graduates of all our courses and present awards to leaders who have shown exemplary service in climbing, conservation, youth outreach, scrambling, and hiking. Many pins and patches will be presented. We will also honor an Olympia Mountaineer with the Branch Service Award, recognizing their outstanding service over a multi-year period.
During the evening, refreshments will be available (with vegan options), including complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks.

- 6pm: Social hour
- 7pm: Speaker: Contributors from the Freedom of the Hills 10th Edition will join to share highlights from the new edition. Books will be available to purchase at the event.
- 8pm: Member recognition and awards
