Olympia's Annual Picnic and Banquet - Aug 4

Picnics and northwest summer evenings are made for each other, and they're even even better when the picnic offers your first chance to gather in person with other Olympia Branch members in over a year.  We invite you to join us for our summer picnic on August 4. 

Picnic + Banquet = Picquet

This year, the picnic will be catered, will have a fantastic speaker Ecologist Nalini Nadkarni, and will include student graduations, volunteer recognition awards. It is free, but you must register to attend. Families and dates are welcome.

Our Picquit will be held at two park shelters in beautiful Burfoot Park. We'll have plenty of space to safely practice social distancing, and this event will be in alignment with The Mountaineers current COVID-19 guidance. The park offers a large lawn for games, beautiful walking trails through the forest, and a beachfront looking out onto Budd Inlet. Come early and explore this lovely local park.
