The Leadership Conference is a full, in-person day of collaboration and learning across branches. The conference schedule has three tracks: Risk Management, Empowered Leadership, and Culture of Belonging. Attendees are welcome to follow one track or mix and match. We have an incredible lineup of speakers, including our keynote speaker Jeannette Stawski.
We are excited to announce that all conference attendees will receive a copy of Jeannette’s book, The Outdoor Leader. Registration also includes coffee and tea service provided by CoffeeTAB, and a social hour catered by Old Ballard Catering Co.
Can’t make it on December 7? Registration is also open for our South Sound Leadership Conference on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at the Tacoma Program Center.
Both conferences are open to all, including but not limited to current leaders, aspiring volunteers, and new Mountaineers. Please email Vienna Christensen with any questions.
