The Mountaineers
We’re thrilled to entertain you as a virtual guest for The Mountaineers 2022 Gala: Adventure with Purpose. This will be a celebration you won’t want to miss!
This year, we hope to raise $420,000 to support our mission at The Mountaineers and Mountaineers Books. Your support will benefit scholarships, volunteers, conservation & advocacy, youth outreach programs, and more. All funds raised through ticket sales, auction bids, and Raise the Paddle gifts help make the magic of Mountaineers programs possible. We invite everyone in our community to join us for an evening of celebration, unique auction packages, and memorable storytelling!
Our online silent auction is now open for bidding, and will remain open until 7pm April 2 (the night of the event). Our live auction will take place during the event, and is also open for virtual attendees to participate in.

Participate in the Auction
Please note that all virtual auction participants must register for the auction. New auction participants will be asked to create a profile, and returning participants will be prompted for a login.
Online Silent Auction: Auction packages 1001-1057 are open now. Click the link below to begin placing bids. If this is your first Mountaineers online auction, you may be asked to create a new bidding account. The online silent auction will close on April 2 at 7pm for in-person and virtual attendees. All tangible items will be available for pick up at The Mountaineers Seattle Program Center starting April 6.
Live Auction: Live auction packages (101-110) will open for bidding during our in-person event on April 2. While virtual bidders are able to bid online, in-person attendees will receive bid cards to use for bidding during the live event. A delay in the livestream may impact the bidding experience and we encourage you to use the “maximum bid” feature so your bid will be placed automatically. The final sale will be determined by the auctioneer as he closes each package individually.
Special Auction Item: The first six seats at the Rick Ridgeway private dinner party are available to buy during our online auction. See package #105 to claim your spot before 7pm on April 2! The last remaining seats will be sold to the highest bidder during our live auction on April 2.
