The Mountaineers
By now you know that The Mountaineers rescheduled virtual gala is happening on July 23. But, do you know why?
To be completely honest, part of the reason is because we already secured 50+ amazing auction packages and they’re just waiting to get into your hands! This year has provided a lot of lemons and everyone is trying their best to make lemonade. We hope that taking home new gear, artwork, or a unique experience while supporting a great cause will bring a little joy to your life.
The biggest reason the show must go on is because we wanted to do something meaningful for you. The 55-minute live event is packed full of fun surprises, celebrity guests, and a very special announcement you don’t want to miss. We’d love you to watch, laugh, and feel inspired by our organization and the one-of-a-kind Mountaineers community you help to make so great.
All of the funds generated by this event will be reinvested back into our Mountaineers members, volunteers, places, programs, and books to help continue our services in a year where we need them most.
We started the year with a goal of raising $425,000 during this year’s gala event. Many of you have already generously made a gift, and right now we’re more than 75% of the way to our goal. By the end of the night on July 23, we hope to share how our community helped us cross the finish line. Gifts of all sizes will help our community go farther.
