Technology
Welcome to our Technology Hub! Our technology platform began with the launch of our website in 2014 and has continued to evolve and grow over this past decade. But we’re not done yet, and never will be. We continue to look for and invest in new opportunities to better meet our member & volunteer needs through our technology offerings.
Have an idea on how we could use technology to enhance the member or volunteer experience? Please share it at feedback.mountaineers.org! There you can add a new idea, comment on an idea already proposed, up-vote improvement suggestions, or subscribe to receive updates on specific projects. This helps us prioritize future improvements for you!
We value transparency and take pride in celebrating our successes! For a list of changes we are actively making to the website, please visit our Technology Changelog. This will contain all user-facing updates and the date they were made. Any improvements that were added prior to August 2024 will be found in our historical Tech Update blogs. Tech Updates are posted when we want to highlight the kickoff or completion of a large technology project or provide a summary of recent changes from the Technology Changelog.
