Outdoor Recreation and Education Organization's Comments on FLREA

As part of a coalition on permitting issues run by The Wilderness Society, a number of outdoor recreation and education organization's commented on the proposed draft changes to the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (FLREA). FLREA allows the Forest Service to charge fees for sites with amenities and also the agency to issue Special Use Permits.
