Stewardship - Cheasty Greenspace
Come participate in the community stewardship effort to restore and maintain a safe and welcoming urban forest! This activity is run by Friends of Cheasty Greenspace Mt. View as part of The Mountaineers Stewardship Partner Program. As such, you may have to sign waivers or other acknowledgements of the host organization.

Come participate in the community stewardship effort to restore and maintain a safe and welcoming urban forest! Work consists of invasive plant removal, native tree/shrub planting, and pedestrian trail maintenance. Complimentary Tin Umbrella Coffee, gloves, and tools provided.
Meet at 2809 S. Alaska Place 98108 at 9:45am for registration; we’ll work in the woods from 10am-12pm. Please wear sturdy shoes, warm layers, and bring your own water bottle. Cheasty/MtView is two blocks away from the Columbia City Light Rail LINK Light Rail Station; maximize your restoration work by taking the train to the work party!
