Urban Adventure - Satsop Nuclear Plant

Day trip to photograph the nuclear plant and silos of this never activated facility.

8:00 am - depart Green Lake Park & Ride near 65th St.

We'll head south on I-5, then west on WA-8 to Elma and should arrive at our destination shortly after 10am. We'll spend two hours taking photos of the silos and buildings, then have lunch in Elma (possibly The Rusty Tractor restaurant). After lunch, we'll head home.

Please note: I have not been to this nuclear plant (only a drive-by), so we'll discover things to photograph together. The  Seattle PI did a story about it and posted lots of photos, so you can get an idea of what kinds of photos you can take.
