Silver Peak
A moderate, 5.6 mile round trip hike with 1,900 feet of elevation gain. Hike along the Pacific Crest Trail from Windy Pass to a junction and then on a path to the rocky summit.
getting there
Take Exit 54 off of I-90 and right and then left. Continue through the parking lot and then east on Hyak Estate Drive which becomes Forest Road 9070. Continue 6 miles passing the Twin Lakes and Mount Catherine Trailheads to the Pacific Crest Trailhead (PCT) at Windy Pass (3,800 ft).

Hike south along the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) 2 miles to a junction. From here, head west and up on the path that leads to the summit of Silver Peak (5,605 ft).
