Meet at the Bridle Trails State Park parking lot at 6:00PM ready to run. Details will be sent prior to the trip.
This session focuses on skill-building. We will meet at a location suitable for practicing trail running.
A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
- Headlamp and running shoes are required.
- Waterproof jacket, gloves, and poles are recommended.
- A small day pack is recommended.
- Bring snacks and water as needed.
