Meet at 7:00pm at Carkeek Park, 950 NW Carkeek Park Rd., Seattle, WA 98177.
From the main entrance proceed straight then bear right and go uphill (it's a one-way loop so you'll have to do this anyway.) When you come out of the trees by a playground/picnic area, park there- don't drive downhill again.
This session focuses on the topic of trail races.

- Our route is based roughly on the NW Trail Runs' Carkeek Cooler 5K race route.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses, gaiters are recommended.
