We will meet at 8AM at the Red Town Trailhead and run the De Leo Wall trail loop.
This will be an easy, post-long run recovery run. We'll start with a 5-10 min warm up session, ready to run by 8:10AM. My dog Leo (who will be the only dog on this run) may join us. Please reach out with any questions.
This session focuses on skill-building. We will meet at a location suitable for practicing trail running.
A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.
Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
- Trail running shoes
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses (weather-dependent)
Optional:
- A small day pack that you can run with
- Bring snacks and water
