East Tiger parking lot, meet at 6:45 am for meet and greet and shoes on trail no later than 7 am. Discover Pass is required.
Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Permit Information
Note to trip leaders: because this is DNR land and a permit is required, you cannot change the date of this field trip. You're welcome to change the location to another route that isn't DNR land if you need to change the date.

This session focuses on skill-building. We will meet at a location suitable for practicing trail running.
A suggested gear list will be provided at the classroom session.

Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
- Waterproof jacket, hat, buff, gloves, sunglasses, gaiters are recommended.
- Trail running shoes
- A small day pack
- Bring snacks and water.
