Introduction to Trail Running Racing - Far Country Falls

Tour de Falls of Cougar w/a Vizsla! It's going to be a rainy day so the falls should be gushing. Please be good with running with a dog as I will have mine with me.

  • *Varies*
  • Easy
  • Mileage: 6.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 1,350 ft
  • Pace: 12+ min miles or ~5 mph

We will meet at the Red Town TH at 8 am - please be ready to go at or near that time.

I'm not going to sugar coat this - it's going to be rainy AF.  Misery loves company, right? 😉  This will actually be good practice for working out your clothing/gear for inclement weather.  It will also be good for running when the conditions are uncomfortable.  It's not always going to be easy out there but that is something you can practice: building your tolerance for less than ideal conditions.
